What makes me human is my love of a good cup of coffee at the start of my day, learning to let go of my insecurities, my struggle to find work/life balance while trying to change the world and endless day dreaming of all the wonderful place in this world I want to visit. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Master’s Degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX in 2007 and I am currently working on a certification in Functional Medicine. Functional Medicine is about getting to the root cause of the problem.
