Spending the past four years of my career working in my community and offering treatment on an inpatient level; I've helped clients in their darkest hours, and offered support and a non-judgemental space for them in their most vulnerable times. I have my specialty, but I'm willing to work with and learn with you, regardless of where you are on your journey. My job is to help you find your favorite version of yourself. I'm here to help guide your path while you learn to love yourself, accept your past and current circumstances, and foster healthier relationships. I want to help you embrace the resilience your past has created and overcome your fears to achieve your goals. The most important journey in life is self discovery. I understand how uncomfortable it is to be honest with a stranger without fear of judgment. It's difficult to trust anyone with our most intimate and vulnerable thoughts and experiences. It's my goal to provide a space of compassion that is supportive and non-judgmental. I will always be honest to you and open to your feedback.
