I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, and I primarily use Eye Movement Densensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy as main modality but also use others are based on research and evidence. If you would like more information on EMDR, please open this video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKrfH43srg8 I am fully trained in EMDR and currently working on receiving full certification. Using EMDR is a great way to help clear out beliefs that get in the way. EMDR can be used for almost anything. I work with clients to identify goals, so you're able to set your agenda and vision for yourself. I may also pull clinical tools including technology apps, some charting to keep track of things to notice patterns/triggers, and I hopefully can help you break things down into smaller steps to reach your goals along the way. My goal is to set a solution-focused environment, understanding triggers so that you can learn to better anticipate issues and be equipped to handle changes and shifts that life brings along. Hopefully we can work on goals that can bring relief and prevent you from repeating the same patterns or experiencing the same fears.
