Hi there! I have been practicing as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California for the last 17 years. I am a transplant from the East Coast, but have lived in Los Angeles for over 30 years. I have a background in treating addiction, trauma and grief. I am an advanced level Somatic Practitioner, using both my talk and trauma therapy to help individuals, couples and families achieve healthy communication and heal emotional wounds. I started my work in high schools working with teenagers and have worked with everyone along the spectrum, including many senior clients in their '80's.
