My approach to therapy focuses on developing a relationship built on compassion and authenticity. I have extensive experience using evidenced based methods working with clients struggling with relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, and LGBTQ-affirming therapy. I am also trained in EMDR therapy, which helps people recover from trauma and painful life experiences. Making the decision to begin therapy takes courage and personal change can sometimes be difficult and scary at first. At the same time, it can also be exciting and incredibly rewarding! I will work with you, guiding you how to harness your own strengths and potential. Together we will develop a treatment plan for your unique situation and goals.
