When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My great passion is creating safe spaces for others to be authentically and unapologetically themselves. I strive to help clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe. At the core of my approach is the belief that every individual has the ability and potential to access inner strengths, heal themselves, and reach desired goals. The majority of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and other life stressors. I also specialize in building self-love. I offer a compassionate and genuine, yet direct and straightforward approach to healing. I believe in creating a strong therapeutic relationship that includes mutual trust, respect, compassion, vulnerability, and shared decision-making. In addition to talk therapy, you may receive personalized content to help guide you. This may include practices for self-inquiry, psycho-education, coping skills, homework, & more. This ensures that you're doing the work & are supported during the process. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself.
