Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and REBT I help clients change unhealthy thinking patterns and challenge cognitive distortions so they can overcome barriers and find more happiness in their lives. Depression is one of the hardest things you may ever have to deal with in life, but this time you dont have to do it alone. I enjoy helping clients find the meaning behind their actions and challenging them to look at situations with a different perspective.
