I graduated with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in 2011. I have experience in the hospital setting, private practice, and working for the county. I am a mother of four and can empathize with the trials and tribulations that life can give you. I am very open minded and love what I do. I believe it takes a tremendous amount of courage to ask for help. I strive to offer a safe environment for my clients to feel heard. Counseling should provide a non-judgmental space to allow for healing and growth. Within all of us we have the answers we seek, sometimes it takes an outside perspective to help us find those solutions. Therapy should leave you feeling like you are not alone, that you have a safe space to talk, and that you have more skills to handle the situations that life brings.
