In the last 15 years, I had the opportunity to provide care in varied multiple clinical settings with both young adults and adult clients. This has provided me with the experience of targeting and treating an array of mental health conditions through the life span and acquired an understanding of human development and how it affects different conditions and behaviors. I have been trained in Cognitive behavioral therapy, Trauma focused -CBT, CBT-I for insomnia, brief strategic therapy, grief therapy, exposure therapy and response as well as interpersonal psychodynamic therapy. I utilize these modalities to address issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.
