We are a part of the same human family, but we have all had painful and traumatic experiences that shaped who we are individually. Sometimes we minimize what we’ve been through, until we know that we can’t push it aside anymore. I know how scary that can be. Trying to find the words to describe what we feel can seem like an impossible task. I As I understood myself and became more compassionate to those vulnerable and painful parts of my story, I wanted to offer that same chance to others. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I long for all people to know what it can feel like to share your story, be heard, validated, and supported, and have help navigating what may feel impossible to navigate. I’m here to support you on your journey, so that you can learn how to deconstruct old chapters and reconstruct the next chapters from a place of empowerment and self-knowledge. I also work with spiritual trauma and spiritual abuse. This is a deeply painful and lonely journey that I know all too well. Wherever you’ve come from and wherever you’d like to go, I am here to help you process. It is always a privilege to learn about each person who steps into my office.
