As a therapist, over the past 10 years, I’ve helped many clients - struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, stress, family concerns, life changes, and existential crises - rediscover themselves, cope in healthier ways, and implement change in their lives. I work with individuals, couples, families, and youth. I also have experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and chronic medical conditions.
