About Psych Hub

Building the clinical infrastructure behavioral health was missing.

Psych Hub is the clinical skill development platform for behavioral health — co-founded by licensed therapist Marjorie Morrison and former Congressman Patrick J. Kennedy, and built in partnership with the payers, providers, and professional associations defining the new quality standard.

Our story

A platform built by people who've been inside both the policy and the practice.

Co-founded by licensed therapist and mental-health advocate Marjorie Morrison and former Congressman Patrick J. Kennedy, Psych Hub started with a simple conviction: the field needed a serious infrastructure for clinical skill development — not another e-learning catalog with a "mental health" category. We built one.

For years we focused on reaching people seeking care — 30M+ content views, partnerships with the Department of Veterans Affairs, CVS Health, Aetna, Magellan, evolvedMD, YouTube, and SHRM. Today the work has narrowed and deepened: Psych Hub is the clinical skill development platform for behavioral health, building the workforce capability the field is asking for, in partnership with the payers and provider organizations defining the new quality standard.

What we stand on

Five values that survived the repositioning.

Our edge

Clinical rigor as the standard, not a flex.

At the core of everything we do is evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, clinically sound content — and a development methodology that earns the trust of the field.

  • Developed with subject-matter experts from Harvard, Columbia, Penn, and Yale, among others.
  • Guided and backed by a Scientific Advisory Board of Chief Medical, Clinical, and Psychiatric officers from leading organizations.
  • Continuously updated as evidence and best practice evolve.
  • Reviewed for cultural responsiveness and accessible reading level.
What we're building

The first national effort to define, teach, and certify evidence-based behavioral health care.

Behavioral health is the only major area of medicine without a nationally recognized framework defining what high-quality care looks like in practice. We're building it — in partnership with Healthsperien and the American Psychological Association, with 6+ major national payers engaged and 40+ stakeholder organizations at the table.
