Accessibility

Accessibility statement.

Psych Hub is committed to making our platform usable by everyone. This statement explains our conformance target, what we do, and how to reach us.

Our commitment

Psych Hub strives to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across our public marketing site (psychhub.com) and our learning platform (lms.psychhub.com). We design with accessibility in mind from the start and conduct ongoing testing with assistive technologies.

What we do

We test with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), support full keyboard navigation, maintain sufficient color contrast, provide alternative text for meaningful images, caption videos and provide transcripts where available, and use semantic HTML with ARIA where appropriate.

Known limitations

We're transparent about what we're still working on. The list of known limitations is reviewed regularly as audits surface issues; if you encounter a barrier that isn't listed, please report it using the contact below.

Report an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us. We respond within five business days. Email accessibility@psychhub.com (or support@psychhub.com). When reporting, please include the URL where you encountered the issue, what assistive technology you were using, and a description of the problem.
