This course provides an in-depth exploration of workplace well-being, anchored in research and evidence-based practices. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of moral injury, moral distress, and burnout, with a specific focus on the challenges faced by those in the healthcare sector. The course not only delves into the four key pillars of well-being but also identifies unique challenges within the healthcare context to individual and organizational wellbeing.
