I completed my Bachelors in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Florida, and my Masters in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. My approach treats the mind, body and spirit because wellness means wholeness in all these areas. You will learn concrete solutions that you can apply not just now but long after you complete treatment. I utilize the best evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TEAM-CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) and Mindfulness. I also specialize in Christian Counseling for those that are seeking a faith based approach In my first session, you will see that I am warm, supportive, non-judgmental and goal-oriented. But as we get to know each other, you will see that I don't just smile and nod while you talk, I will call you out on your stuff and challenge you so that you can grow, learn and not need me for very long!

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. We aim to include only high quality providers and multiple viable options for those seeking care.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support. These fees enable us to operate our service, including screening and updating information on each provider.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.
