I’m glad you’re here! I wish I could reach through this screen, pour you a cup of coffee (or tea), and sit with you for a while. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker here in Colorado who believes it's possible for you to live that life you’ve wanted—the one with a sense of ease and fulfillment; that doesn’t rattle you around so much; that feels a little bit lighter with a little more joy. I like to take a holistic and pragmatic approach to our work together, showing up authentically and bringing a sense of levity and humor (when appropriate!). I incorporate strategies from a variety of modalities and theories as they suit you, your goals, and your style. Sometimes sessions are hard and painful, but we get to find some lightness and laughter in the midst of it all, too. Our first session will be a chance to get to know one another and ensure that we're a good fit. I can't promise I have everything figured out, but I'd love to work with you to get curious and consider your goals for our work together. In our ongoing sessions, we'll sit with and explore the hard stuff, find some humor in the midst of it all, and take some steps (and then some more) in the direction you want to go!
